This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website, enquire about a rental, or make a booking, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using our website or sending us a booking or contact enquiry, you agree to the collection and use of information as described here.

When you check availability or make a booking, we collect:

• Full name, email address, and mobile number
• Country and mobile country code
• Pickup and return locations, rental dates, vehicle type, and quantity
• Any coupon code, extra services selected, and comments you add

When you send us a message through the contact form, we collect:

• Your name, email address, and (optionally) WhatsApp number
• The content of your message

We also automatically collect standard technical data — such as pages visited, device type, and general location — through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, described further under “Cookies & Analytics” below.

• To check tuk tuk availability and process your booking
• To reply to your enquiry by email or WhatsApp
• To send you booking confirmations and rental-related updates

We share limited data with the following service providers, only as needed to run our booking and communication systems:

• Our booking system — stores your booking details (name, contact details, rental dates, and rental selections) so we can fulfil your reservation.
• Google reCAPTCHA — verifies that availability checks and bookings come from a real person, not a bot.
• ZeroBounce — validates that an email address entered in our contact form is genuine before we reply.
• Email delivery (SMTP) — used to send contact form messages to our team.
• WhatsApp (Meta)— if you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

Each of these providers only receives the data necessary for the purpose listed above.

We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use our website — for example, which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive at our site. These tools use cookies and similar technologies and may collect an anonymised IP address and device information. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

Rental payments are made in cash or by card directly at pickup — we do not process or store any card details through our website, and no online payment is required to secure a booking.

We retain booking and enquiry data for as long as necessary to fulfil your rental, respond to your enquiry, and meet our accounting and legal obligations. You may ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to any records we are legally required to keep.

• Delete your data, where we are not required to keep it
